Any errors, how ever caused, in the listing may void the sale at our discretion. We try not to make any mistakes but from time to time we do.
All sales are subject to available stock. Sometimes our inventory is wrong and we have an item listed that is not in stock. If we cannot obtain one within 10-14 days we will refund your credit card.
All coins are guaranteed as genuine and are graded by ANA standards.
All orders have a 15 day return privilege. Refunds or exchanges are subject to our inspection of the returned item. Shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable. Graded or slabbed items cannot be returned.
Coins removed from the original holder are considered sold and are not returnable.
Items are shipped best way at our discretion. Usually USPS, UPS or FedEx.
International buyers are responsible for any duty, VAT, GST or other such taxes assessed on the items by their country. International buyers should check their country’s import laws for any prohibitions and/or custom fees on the purchased items. International orders cannot be insured. They are shipped solely at the buyer’s risk. We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, damaged or seized by customs. It is the international buyer’s sole responsibility to assure that our items are not prohibited by their laws and that the United States allows us to export them.
In the very unlikely event you have a dispute with us you agree that it shall be settled by arbitration in Waukesha County, state of Wisconsin.
